December in Texas is unpredictable. Will it be sunny? Will it be cold and windy? It’s so hard to predict….that’s why the best thing you can bring to your December photo sessions is patience. Patience has never been a strong suit of mine, but when you have patience for the sun to come out, patience in the cold, and creative patience to try and find what works in any given environment— some magic can happen!
Photographers— get yourself a couple who is fun, honest, loving, PATIENT, and willing to dance on command. Madison & Max were these things and so so much more. They were a dream to shoot for, even in the moments when we waited on the sun, and waited for wind to die down. There was something so comforting about their relationship that spilled over in the time we had together. I am so excited for their future, the adventures they have ahead— and also stoked to share their engagement session with you. There are a few points we stopped at that feel very different from one another, so I’ll share in segments. Part one— the lakeside.
